Pet Policy

Service Animals

Club Sevilla does allow Service Animals. 

Under federal and Florida law, a service animal is a dog or miniature horse that is trained to do work or perform tasks for, and to assist, an individual with a disability.  Examples are seeing eye dogs, deaf-assist dogs, dogs trained to detect oncoming seizures, etc.  If not obvious, Club Sevilla’s staff may ask what tasks the animal has been trained to perform. 
Service animals must always be under the control of the owner and must remain on a leash or in a harness while the animal is in the Resort’s common areas.  Resort staff are not able to take control of service animals. 
Under Florida law, service animals are not allowed in the pool and are only permitted up to the edge of the pool if necessary to assist its owner in or out of the pool.

Emotional Support Animals

Club Sevilla does not allow properly documented Emotional Support Animals (ESAs).  

If a dog is only present to provide comfort (emotional support) to the owner and is not specifically trained to do work or perform tasks for, and to assist, an individual with a disability, then it is an emotional support animal and is not considered a service animal. 
Under Florida law, ESA animals are NOT service animals and are not permitted at Club Sevilla at all.  ESA animals and pets are not allowed in the condominium units and/or on the Resort’s common areas.  Violations of this prohibition will be vigorously enforced for the health and safety of resort owners and guests.  Owners and guests that violate the Service Animal Policy are subject to a fine/cleaning fee of $250.00 and eviction from Club Sevilla.  

Animal Behavior and Damages

Service animals must be housebroken and always under the control of their owner.  Owners are required to clean up after their service animal goes to the bathroom.  Club Sevilla is not required to allow your service animal to remain on the resort property if it poses a direct threat to the health and safety of others. If, for example, your service dog is growling and lunging at other patrons, and you are unable to stop the behavior, or if the service animal creates a disturbance to other guests by barking, then the Service Animal will be required to leave the property. 
Florida law holds owners liable for any damage their animal causes to property or persons within the premises.   Although no “pet fee” is charged for a service animal, Club Sevilla will charge individuals for damages caused by his or her service animal.  We request that guests with service animals notify the front desk of their departure so that an inspection of their room can be done while they are present.  

NOTE: Under Florida State Statute 413.08, service dog fraud is a second-degree misdemeanor that may incur up to $500.00 in fines, 30 hours of community service, and up to 60 days in jail.  Violators will be prosecuted.

Smoking is NOT allowed

No smoking in the guestrooms There is a $250 reconditioning fee for any room with cigarette odor. 

Is there WiFi at the resort?

Yes, there is free WIFI in each room and available in some public areas throughout the resort. It is a secured network and a password is required and given at check in. The resort also has computers and printers in the lobby for registered guests to use free of charge.

Can we request a specific unit or upgrade?

The resort can not facilitate upgrades. If you made your reservation through an exchange company or agent, you must contact them to request any changes.

Do you have rollaway beds?

No. Please be advised that two-bedroom units are equipped to sleep 8 people (Queen (PH I)/King (PH II), two Full sized beds, and a Queen Pull out Sofa Bed) and one-bedroom units sleep 5 people (Queen, Captain’s bed, and Queen Pull out Sofa Bed).

Do you have cribs?

Club Sevilla has a limited number of pack and plays. They are free of charge and must be requested in advance. 

Are linens and towels provided?

Yes, everything is provided. There is no daily maid service but a free towel exchange is available Monday – Wednesday from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM. The exchange is located on the 1st Floor of Building 9. Contact the front desk at 407-396-1800 Ext. 2165 for more information.

Are there laundry facilities on site?

Yes, a coin laundry is located on the property. Change and laundry supplies are available at the front desk.

Where can I get additional room supplies?

Room supplies are available at the front desk. 

Where do I leave my garbage?

There are dumpsters on the property. Outside right of lobby, Bld. 2, Bld. 7, &, Bld. 9.

Are there scheduled activities?

The resort lists weekly activities at the front desk. Activities include but are not limited to bingo, weekly pool cookout, and arts and crafts. The activity schedule is subject to change.

Is someone available after hours if I have any concerns?

After 9:00 p.m., a security officer is on the property and available by dialing 2165 from any house phone (Front Desk). Security does routine inspections of the property, if they are not at the front desk, you may reach them by cell phone at 407-633-8945.

Are there elevators?

No, we do not have elevators.

Is there a fitness room?

Yes, there is a fitness room on site.

Do the units have a full kitchen?

Yes, our Villa units come with a fully equipped kitchen, cookware, silverware, and place settings. The lock-off motel units are equipped with a mini fridge and microwave.

Do you offer weekly or monthly rates?

There are only nightly rates and there are no discounts for extended stays.

Do you offer AAA or AARP discounts?

Please contact the resort for available discounts

What is the refund policy for deposits?

Reservations cancelled 14 days prior to arrival will have the deposit refunded. Inside of 14 days, the one night deposit will be forfeited.

Pool Area Rules/


The rules and regulations of Club Sevilla Cove common areas, pool and Jacuzzi are as follows:

1)    Pool hours are 8:00 am until 11:00 pm.
2)    Proper swimming attire is required. No cut-offs or street clothes.
3)    No running or "horseplay" on the pool deck or in the pool.
4)    No glass containers anywhere on the pool deck.
5)    No eating, drinking, or smoking in the pool or jacuzzi.
6)    No standing or playing on the ropes.
7)    No children allowed in the pool without adult supervision.
8)    No floating devices are allowed in the pool except wacky noodles and child flotation devices.
9)    All children under the age of 3 are required to wear "swimmies", or flotation vest that is designed for small children. No Exceptions!!
10)  Small children, that are not potty trained, are required to wear a diaper covered by rubber pants. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Pool closings due to accidents are an inconvenience to all guests.
11)  Registered guests entertaining a day guest must receive a "day pass" for their guests from the front desk. The owner accepts all responsibility for their guests.
12)  Abusive treatment or language towards any owner, guest or employee will result in immediate eviction.
13)  No children under the age of 16 are permitted in the jacuzzi.
14) Rollerblades or skateboards are NOT allowed on the pool deck.
15)  No reserving of pool chairs, tables, or lounges.
16)  No pool or patio furniture may be taken to the beach or moved.
