- Variance in rates is determined by season
- Rates are per night, plus 13% State and County sales tax
- One nights rental deposit is required to hold reservation, deposit is non-refundable if canceled less than 14 days prior to arrival
- Credit card imprint or a $50 security deposit required at check in.
- Check in time is 4:00 p.m., Check out time is 10:00 a.m. and is strictly enforced
- Minimum stay may be required during certain seasons
- Daily maid service is available for a nominal fee
