Welcome to Club Sevilla's first electronic newsletter. We are really excited about using this new technology to keep our Owners and friends up-to-date with news about Club Sevilla.

I want to take this opportunity to thank the employees of Osceola Resort Management Company for their hard work and dedication to achieve the highest level of resort services possible.

As a result of ORMC's employee's efforts, Club Sevilla has been awarded RCI's Silver Crown Resort Award for the third year in a row!!! Truly, this is a great accomplishment. Being a Silver Crown Resort recognizes Club Sevilla worldwide as a Resort with high quality in both resort services and unit amenities.

Winning this award is a direct result of the investment you all made several years ago when your Board Members approved the 2009 Annual Budget which raised the funds needed to make major improvements to your units.

Construction is almost finished. We have only ten units remaining with work still to be completed. This work is budgeted for and scheduled to take place in 2012. The Pool and Jacuzzi are currently being renovated and will be completed in several weeks.

Without the support of the Board of Directors of each Association none of these successes could have been achieved. Thank you so much for your leadership and support though this construction project.

Mike, Maria, Michelle,Debbie, Jorge and all of our staff - I commend you all for your diligent efforts to make Club Sevilla a very special resort. Your hard work and effort has made a big difference. Thank you for all you do and keep up the great work!!!

Club Sevilla is an award winning Four Star Resort located in the heart of the Central Florida attractions area. Club Sevilla just finished a multi-million dollar renovation to the unit interiors which I am sure will exceed your expectations. The Resort is made up of a Clubhouse with the check-in desk, a social gathering room, and an exercise room. There are 78 condominiums in the resort which still provides guests that family oriented intimate feeling. The pool and jacuzzi are heated all year round and are open 24 hours a day!!!

Let Us Know...

Communication between the owners and management is essential in the operations of any timeshare resort. The resort can communicate with our owners through this newsletter. However, sometimes we need to receive information from you.

If your address, email and/or phone number have changed, we need to know. We also ned to know what you intend to do with your unit/week. So you plan to use it yourself, place it o the rental program, do an in-house exchange?

If you plan to be arriving late, or on a date other than your scheduled Saturday, we need to know, so we can have your check-in package ready for you.

If you have concerns or comments regarding the resort, we need to know. By monitoring our owners comments and opinions, we are better able to meet your needs and furnish you with information you may require.

Out Front Office hours are from 9:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M Mon-Sat Our Front Desk hours are 9:00 A.M to 9:00 P.M Sun-Fri and 7:00 A.M to 10:00 P.M on Saturday.
